Mesotherapy, also known as the process of deep hydration or revolumization, is a procedure in which the skin on the face, neck, and chest is covered with a numbing lotion, after which thousands of painless injections deliver nutrients, vitamins, and hyaluronic acid into the dermis. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is the most basic element in our body, but unfortunately, as we age, the amount of HA in the skin decreases. HA creams cannot protect the skin, as the product cannot penetrate it, which is why HA must be injected.
The injection process is facilitated by a small needle; when the dermis is mechanically punctured, it creates a focal inflammatory area, leading to fibroblasts migrating to the injury site, and the repair process induces new collagen deposition and subsequent tightening at the injection site. Since multiple injections are performed, it acts as an additional stimulator for collagen production, face tightening, and subsequent face lifting.
During mesotherapy sessions, our male patients experience hydrated and revolumized skin, as they all feel their skin becomes tighter and more youthful after treatment. Our patients say their faces feel fuller and their skin tighter, just like when they were younger.
Mesotherapy is quite a quick procedure. Depending on the size of the treatment area, it can take about 30-40 minutes. For optimal results, depending on the desired level of correction, we recommend patients repeat the treatment 4-6 times, with results typically lasting 18 months or more.
The needle used is only superficial and does not penetrate deeply; we can also provide numbing creams before the procedure if needed.
